Certes Networks Signs Distributorship Agreement with Largest Value-Added Technology Distributor in Turkey

August 3, 2020 – Certes Networks, a leading global data security provider specializing in providing customers with cyber security solutions, recently announced plans to partner with TopTel, the leading value-added distributor of category-leading unified communications and network infrastructure solutions in Turkey.  Certes has entered into this distributorship agreement to expand its cyber security portfolio and global footprint given the high demand for IT&S solutions by both private and public business sectors in Turkey.

With subsidiaries in Belgium, Azerbaijan, Cyprus and Netherlands, TopTel is a major distributor for Avaya and Extreme Networks and is committed to providing communications and network security solutions through a wide range of sector resellers.

When asked what the partnership means to enterprise and governments in the regions, TopTel CEO, Fikret Aydogan, commented, “with effective cyber-risk management, businesses can achieve smarter, faster and more connected futures, driving business growth.  As cyber threats to business continue to evolve, public- and private-sector leaders will have to address them in the digital and physical worlds, to mitigate any potential harm to individuals and avoid the disruption of critical services. The partnership between TopTel and Certes Networks aims to provide vehicles for dialogue and decision-making and to enable information security teams to become more agile and responsive to business needs.”

Certes Networks Technology Solution

Certes Networks Provable Security™ is delivered through Certes’ patented Layer 4 technology that addresses many of the data risks encountered by enterprise and governments when trying to manage and protect the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive and classified data.  One of the many solutions offered through Certes Networks Provable Security is a clear separation of duties allowing orgnisations to move to a SD-WAN securely and safely.  The Certes technology solution offers, for example, crypto-segmentation with automated key rotation and customers owning the keys.  This means organisations will have full visibility of network information while applying Crypto without effecting security — and policy can be observed and enforced in real time in order to meet compliance requirements now and in the future.

Scalable and Easy to Integrate Into any Network Transport

Certes Networks technology solution is a scalable and simple to deploy overlay for those customers with a mix of network systems and technology.  Disaggregated network infrastructures can make organisations and governments more susceptible to data breaches and threats.

“While competitors offer technology solutions that are often disruptive and complex, the Certes Layer 4 solution is an overlay that is network agnostic, easily integrating into any network or transport.  Whether MPLS, WAN or SD-WAN, our technology solution is fully interoperable with the existing security stack and with zero impact to performance.  This is a significant cost and time savings for customers, commented Jerry Askar, Managing Director Middle East, Levant & Africa at Certes Networks.

Certes Networks continues to work with Tech Alliance Partners, System Integrators, SP/MSPs as well as distributors and VARS throughout the globe to provide cyber security solutions to amplify the cyber security capabilities of their customers.
