Cloud Network Security - Charter Customer Program

Certes Networks is excited to announce its Charter Customer Program in support of our 2012 launch of the vCEP cloud encryption appliance and cloud security solution. If you are interested in participating in this program please read on and contact us via the link below.

While the cloud provides a compelling case for cost savings, agility and operational efficiency that cannot be ignored, executing IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) workloads in the cloud while protecting sensitive information has been challenging if not impossible in the past.

Recognizing these limitations, Certes Networks has developed technology that will keep sensitive information secure in both private and public cloud environments. This soon to be released cloud network security virtual appliance will allow you to start moving sensitive applications and servers into cloud environments with confidence, knowing that data is protected all the way to your servers running in the cloud environment.

The TrustNet virtual encryption appliance will give you the flexibility to locate resources in your data center or in the cloud while connecting everything securely without the need to change IP addresses or configure IPsec tunnels.

Certes Networks is looking for a select group of Charter Customers to add to our existing list of enterprise and government organizations who have already signed. Testing will be conducted in January and February. Charter Customers will be limited to those who are able and willing to deploy, use and report on our cloud encryption virtual appliance. Charter Customers must have a designated project and plans/needs to deploy a cloud encryption solution into production after the trial. Program members must be willing to:

• Provide information about the deployment environment
• Provide detailed feedback to the product team on performance
• Provide product recommendations that would meet their needs and drive success in the market
• Provide a public reference describing their experience with the product Charter Customers who meet this criteria
• Receive significant discounts on price
• Have early access/priority to the product

For organizations that are interested in the vCEP, but unable to meet the objectives of the charter customer program, Certes is planning to offer an open beta program prior to the product general availability that will allow you to evaluate the product in your environment.

Video Training Portal!

Certes Networks is pleased to announce the launch of our video training portal.

This training portal (which will continually be added to) contains step-by-step video instructions on how to install, configure, operate and manage a TrustNet Network Security solution.

Each video focuses on a single point of functionality, making it quick and easy to find and learn about the topic you are looking for.

These videos are so effective that a number of starter kit customers have successfully installed and deployed TrustNet using only these videos as a guide.

Product of the Year - Thanks to you we are a finalist!

Certes Networks is proud to announce that TrustNet Manager has been named as a finalist in the Best IPsec VPN product category by the 2012 SC Magazine Awards.

TrustNet Manager, which helps address the industry's most critical IT security challenges, was recognized as a top product in the Reader Trust Award competition, which honors best-in-class security products and services by SC Magazine's esteemed reader base.

The TrustNet Manager solution was selected from hundreds of entries submitted across 33 technology categories. "The contenders in this category have already won a significant honor, the respect of their peers and a body of experts that represents those most interested in following threats and advancements in information security," said SC Magazine Editor-in-Chief Illena Armstrong. "To make it this far amongst hundreds of submissions is quite an achievement."
